Description

I chose a career in medicine because I wanted to help others in a more meaningful, in‑depth way and to serve the need for providers in my rural community. Many experiences have shaped how I practice, but working in the emergency department had the greatest impact. The strong sense of teamwork I experienced there continues to guide how I practice and how I strive to contribute to the teams I work with. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors.
