Thomas Kosh graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Franciscan University in Ohio in 2004. For the next few years, his love for adventure took him backpacking across Latin America and teaching in Bolivia. It wasn’t until he spent time volunteering with Operation Smile (a global network of medical professionals that repair children’s cleft lips and cleft palates) as a clinical photographer in Latin America, India and Russia, that he knew he had found the right path for his future.
