  Jackie has over 20 years of banking experience in the Greater Philadelphia area. She has served in various retail banking and management roles during her time at Citadel. Jackie has extensive experience providing financial services to both members and local businesses.   John Hamilton has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry in the Greater Philadelphia Area. He spent the first 20 years of his career working in retail banking, during which he served as a branch manager and regional manager. For the second part of his career, John worked as a commercial loan officer at community banks and credit unions throughout the Philadelphia region. With over fifteen years working in commercial lending, John has experience assisting individuals, small businesses, and large corporations with obtaining financing for their unique business needs. A longtime resident of the Philadelphia area, John is a native from Delaware County.

  Phil has a decade of experience working directly with businesses, managing business teams, and is well versed in small business regulations, tax laws, and investments. From small start-ups, to boutiques, delis, flower shops, up to large $100MM+ corporations, his track record is unmatched. Phil guides his teams to success through strong leadership and a wealth of banking expertise. By focusing on enhancing cash flow, maximizing working capital and investment power, Phil and his team can help your business achieve strategic growth. Phil strives to be a financial champion for business owners. During the pandemic, he led his team in securing millions in SBA emergency funds on behalf of business owners, personally signing off on over 500 PPP loans. In his free time, Phil enjoys spending time with his 2 children, as well as bass fishing, working out, and reading. He fulfills his passion for youth leadership and community development by serving as a member of Junior Achievers, Assets of Lancaster, Habitat for Humanity, and Big Brother.

  Anil Punjwani

  Senior Relationship Manager

  After graduating from college in India, Anil moved to the United States to assist his uncle with his business finances and expansion, before taking on a career in banking. Most recently, he served as a Small Business Relationship Manager and Virtual Advisor, managing a portfolio of over 125 clients. He joined Citadel Credit Union with a desire to work for a financial institution that was heavily involved in the community. A former business owner himself, Anil understands both long-term planning and sustainment of a business, as well as day to day operations. He enjoys applying his strong work ethic and passion for analytics to help owners solve even their most complex financial challenges. With strong ties to the Asian community in the Greater Philadelphia area, Anil can often be found volunteering for religious events at Hindi Temples. He is a member of the Asian American Association of Business Owners & Professionals. Anil is also fluent in Hindi and well-versed in cultural and business traditions. Anil is a dedicated family man. He is especially devoted to his young twins, spending as much time with them as possible, having weekend adventures such as going to the farm, beaches and swimming.

  Eric Murchison

  Senior Relationship Manager

  Born and raised in north Philadelphia, Eric has deep ties to the local area and nearly a decade of banking experience. A business owner himself, Eric prides himself on anticipating his clients’ needs—answering questions they haven’t even thought to ask yet. He’s there to provide proactive solutions for operation, expansion, and emergency planning. Connection is key for Eric, whether it’s with clients, Citadel team members, or the community at large. Early in his career, Eric discovered how much of an impact an understanding of finances, or a lack thereof, can have on a person’s life and family. This instilled in him a passion for developing his skills and sharing that knowledge with others. Eric practices what he teaches, investing in real estate and other income opportunities. A former art student, he also enjoys spending time with his wife Meg and their daughter, and volunteering for Junior Achievement USA. Minority financial literacy and access to capital remains a driving force in Eric’s life.

With over 25 years of experience at big banks, Kye brings a deep knowledge of the area, its residents, and businesses, and is committed to serving them. Kye is an avid reader and a strong advocate for healthy living, both for himself and by helping others achieve their well-being goals. he believes strongly in community revitalization, especially those efforts that support diversity, inclusion, and equity, and an advocate for programs supporting abused women and children. He has served on the board of Junior Achievement as well as the Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and has worked extensively with the African American Chamber of Commerce and their Young Professionals Advisory Council.
